MASTERMIND 

Doug Wayne (Holmquist), owner of Mastermind, has been extensively involved in the music industry for over 30 years.

    

In 1985 Doug's musical journey began doing production, commercial jingles and voice-over work in Minneapolis, MN. In 1991, he moved to Nashville, Tennessee and signed a publishing deal with MCA / Crosswind as a professional songwriter. Doug's career expanded in 1996 as he became involved in the Brazilian music industry producing records with over 5 million copies sold and writing songs for Brazilian artists and TV “Novelas”.  

 

After 1998 he began concentrating his efforts mixing and mastering, He was nominated for a Grammy for his editing and mastering work on “Fab Fan Memories – The Beatles Bond”

Doug has mixed and or mastered many artists that are already in or soon will enter the Rock and Roll and Country Music Halls of Fame. He has a large and diverse discography of mixing, mastering and production work that is available by request.
